Ravi Desiraju has worked in a variety of roles since 1991. Ravi began their career as Manager of Systems Integration at Far East Computers Pte Ltd. In 1996, they moved to Kodak/Eastman Software as Regional Professional Services Manager. In 1998, they were Director of Solutions at Mascot Ltd and Principal Consultant at Mastech - Singapore (Now iGate). Ravi then became Regional Managing Director at Kinera Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in 2000. In 2002, they founded Encore Technologies (S) Pte Ltd and served as CEO. From 2009 to 2012, they were CEO of Time2Talk Pte Ltd and Founder, Chairman, and CTO of Time2talk Global Pte Ltd. In 2017, they joined LittleMORE Innovation Labs Pte Ltd as Vice President and in 2018, they became Director at Urjayati Energy Systems Pte Ltd.

Ravi Desiraju has a long educational history. In 1968, they completed their Matriculation at L E M School in Guntur, with a focus on Maths and Physics. From 1977 to 1979, they attended Hindu College in Guntur, where they earned an Intermediate degree in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry. In 1985, they completed their MBA in Management at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
