Patrick Hagerty has a diverse work experience, starting in 1983 as a Human Resources Director at Boston Health Care Systems, Inc. Patrick held this role until 2012. Patrick later worked at ResCare Minnesota as a Human Resources Director from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, they joined Little Sisters of the Poor as a Human Resources Director, where they are currently employed. Additionally, in 2018, Patrick became self-employed as an R.O.F.
