Deborah Moyer is an experienced healthcare professional with a focus on adult primary care and hospice nursing. Currently serving as an Adult Nurse Practitioner at Little River Medical Center since September 2014, Deborah previously worked as a CRNP at Community Health and Dental Care from December 2010 to October 2013. Prior to this, Deborah held positions as a Registered Nurse Weekend Coordinator for Hospice and Palliative Care at St. Luke's Hospital and as a case manager RN for Home Care and Hospice and Heartland Home Care and Hospice. Deborah earned a Master's of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner from the University of Pennsylvania and a BSN in Registered Nursing from Jefferson Health.
