Linda Oliver serves as the General Counsel at SA Water since April 2022, overseeing legal, compliance, company secretariat, insurance, customer claims, and Freedom of Information teams to drive commercial decisions that benefit stakeholders. Additionally, Linda is a Board Member and Audit and Risk Committee member at Little Athletics SA, leading the strategic plan for the organization. Linda has been involved with the Association of Corporate Counsel Australia as a Committee Member since April 2021, currently serving as Committee Secretary. Prior roles include Senior Legal Counsel and Commercial Manager at Clarke Energy, and legal positions at Baker McKenzie and Optus, with a solid background in corporate and commercial law. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws from UNSW and a Bachelor of Commerce from Stockholm University, complemented by additional commerce studies at UNSW.
