Ryan Stafford is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the legal and human resources sectors, currently serving as the Executive Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions, Chief Legal Officer, Sustainability, and Governance at Littelfuse since January 2007. Previously, Ryan held the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Legal & Human Resources Officer, as well as General Counsel & Vice President of Human Resources within the same organization. Prior to Littelfuse, Ryan served at Tyco International from September 2001 to December 2006 in various leadership roles, including Vice President of China Operations and Vice President & General Counsel for Tyco Engineered Products & Services. Ryan's early career included a position as General Counsel at Tyco Flow Control from 2000 to 2001. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Bowdoin College and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maine School of Law.
