Madalyn Kearney began their career in 2010 as a Sales Leader at Bath & Body Works. In 2013, they moved to Hollister Co. as an Assistant Manager. In 2014, they joined Litigation Services, LLC as a Client Manager.

Madalyn Kearney obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Philosophy and Law from San Francisco State University between 2009 and 2013. Madalyn then went on to earn their Master's Degree in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Law between 2014 and 2016.
