Neil Fogarty is a Co-Founder of Gyral, a UK-based enterprise dedicated to integrating psychology into AI technology to enhance organizational productivity, a position held since July 2023. Currently, Neil serves as a Podcast Host for Turning It Around - Transformational Psychology, starting in May 2024, and as a Trustee for PTSD999, focusing on governance and organizational effectiveness since March 2022. Previously, Neil was the Co-Founder and CEO of Human AI from March 2019 to July 2023, where research centered on the use of Generative AI in mental health. Additionally, Neil has extensive consulting experience spanning from February 2001 to June 2019 with various sectors, and held the role of Area Manager at The Association for Business Psychology from October 2017 to January 2019, and Business Director at Tribal Group from December 2008 to December 2010.
