Michelle Williams has a wealth of experience in a variety of roles. Michelle began their career in 2002 as a Nursery Manager at Nunu Nurseries, where they were responsible for general management of the nursery, managing 15 staff, and providing in-house training to staff with regards to child care standards. In 2008, they moved to Interserve Learning & Employment as a QCF (NVQ) Assessor & Lead Tutor for Triangle Training, where they were responsible for planning and delivering vocational training programmes and workshops, observing and assessing candidates in their workplace, examining candidates' portfolios of evidence, questioning candidates about dealing with non-standard situations, providing feedback and offering advice if the standards were not met, signing off the award when all the requirements had been met, keeping records of candidates' progress, and working closely with training staff and candidates' managers. Michelle was also an internal verifier for City & Guilds qualifications, carrying out quality assurance checks on the work of assessors and training centres. In 2011, Michelle took a role as an Educational Learning Officer at Shropshire Council, where they were a troubleshooter sent into failing schools to assist with management of finances. Michelle then moved to Staffordshire County Council in 2010 as the Head of Family Support, where they managed a team of 12 Support Workers and was responsible for liaising with social services, schools, and the courts. In 2015, they took on a role as a Business Mentor at Hackquarters, and in 2016, they became a Childrens Service Manager at NHS England. In 2013, Michelle took a maternity leave, and in 2019, they became a Co-Founder & Director at Human, a deep-tech AI-first company focused on psycholinguistics. As COO, they are responsible for corporate compliance and also supplier & partner management.

Michelle Williams attended East Berkshire College from 1991 to 1993, where they received a Distinction in their NNEB. Michelle also attended Altwood C of E Maidenhead Berkshire from 1987 to 1991. Additionally, they hold a Reiki Master certification.
