Oren Katzeff has a long and varied work experience. Oren began their career in 1999 as an Associate Attorney at Fox Shjeflo Wohl & Hartley, where they prepared and drafted various business agreements and practiced asbestos and personal injury litigation. In 2000, they joined Yahoo Media Group as Senior Director of Business Development & Affairs, where they signed deals with various news and media outlets. In 2007, they became SVP and GM of Demand Entertainment at Demand Media, where they oversaw Cracked.com. In 2012, they became Head of Global Marketing & Audience Development at ZEFR, where they ran day to day operations, audience development, social strategy, and marketing for ZEFR's MOVIECLIPS channels. In 2013, they became Head of Programming & Network at Tastemade, and also served as a Consultant for Dollar Shave Club. In 2018, they became President of Condé Nast Entertainment, where they led CNE's thriving digital video division and oversaw the company's film and television production slate. Most recently, in 2021, they became Chief Executive Officer of Literally Media, as well as Founder and Principal of Lahav Consulting, where they work with media and tech companies to help solve problems of all sizes, and Consultant and Interim Head of Content at Rock The Bells.
Oren Katzeff attended Lowell High School from 1988 to 1992. Oren then went on to the University of California, Berkeley, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration between 1992 and 1996. Finally, they completed their Juris Doctor at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law from 1996 to 1999.
