Lynn Ready Aspiotes is a seasoned educator and program coordinator with extensive experience in literacy and reading instruction. Currently serving as a Program Coordinator and Digital Skills Instructor for Literacy Pittsburgh since November 2022, Lynn has over a decade of experience as a private tutor for K-6 readers, emphasizing effective reading strategies. Previous roles include Developmental Studies Instructor at the Community College of Allegheny County, where critical thinking and research evaluation were central themes, and Reading Specialist at URBAN PATHWAYS K-5 COLLEGE CHARTER SCHOOL. Lynn's passion for animal rights is reflected in volunteer leadership roles with the Humane Society of the United States and various animal welfare organizations. Educational qualifications include a BS in Education from Penn State University and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Kennesaw State University, among other certifications.
