With more than 30 years of human resources experience at two Fortune 500 companies, Tim has built trusted relationships with executives and senior leaders as a strategic partner utilizing his broad background in consulting, coaching and collaboration. His experience includes organizational design, talent management, diversity and inclusion, succession planning, change management, performance management, employee relations and legal compliance. Tim is an IDI-qualified administrator and has facilitated DEI workshops for thousands of employees.
Tim has a BA in Psychology and a minor in Social Welfare from Augsburg University. He enjoys traveling with his wife, hiking, biking and just about anything outdoors. He has a strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion and understands the importance of literacy in creating opportunity for children and parents allowing them to develop unique and shared identities, advocate for themselves and others in their communities and better equip themselves for life and love of learning.
