Kate Brown currently serves as the Senior Director of Marketing at Literacy KC, a role taken on in July 2024. Previously, Kate held positions at mySidewalk as both Customer Marketing Manager and Customer Success Manager from June 2023 to June 2024. Prior to that, Kate worked at SageAge as an Account Manager from July 2022 to June 2023 and had an extensive tenure at Literacy KC from August 2015 to July 2022, where responsibilities included Director of Marketing & Events and Marketing and Special Events Manager. Kate's early career includes roles such as Volunteer and Community Outreach Coordinator at Literacy KC, Preschool Teacher at St. John the Baptist School, Department Manager at Anthropologie, and Staff Associate at Young Life. Kate earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from The University of Kansas from 2004 to 2009.
