Natalie Fraser has a diverse work experience in customer success and account management roles. Natalie is currently the Director of Customer Success - International at Litera, where they oversee all customer success initiatives. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Customer Success - UK, managing the customer success team and ensuring customer satisfaction. Earlier in their career, Natalie held account management roles at EMAP and Incisive Media, where they worked with clients in the legal industry, implementing client solutions across various platforms.
Natalie Fraser earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economic & Social History from the University of Birmingham in 2009, and later completed a Master of Arts degree in Contemporary History from the same institution in 2010.
