Michele Gough has a diverse work experience in quality engineering and assurance roles. Michele is currently the Vice President of Quality Engineering at Litera, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, Michele worked as a Member at Chief from January 2022 to January 2023. Michele also served as the Vice President of Quality Assurance at Bullhorn from August 2021 to July 2022, and as the Associate Vice President of Quality Assurance at MedeAnalytics from January 2020 to August 2021. Michele has also founded their own consulting firm, Fogami Consulting, where they worked as the Founder from 2018 to 2021. Michele has extensive experience in the field of quality engineering and assurance, having held various leadership positions at AmerisourceBergen, Odyssey IS/7-11, True, Pegasus Solultions, and MetaSolv Software. At AmerisourceBergen, Michele worked as the Vice President of Transition Services, Director of IT Service Management, and Manager of Testing and Configuration Management, overseeing strategy, execution, DevOps evolution, and performance against SLAs and compliance standards. Michele started their career as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Odyssey IS/7-11 and has since held roles such as QA/Test Team Lead, Senior QA Tester, and Associate Vice President in different organizations.
