Mukhlis Ibrahim is a skilled Machinery Support Engineer at LiSEC Austria GmbH since January 2023, specializing in troubleshooting customer technical inquiries, managing incident tracking, and conducting root cause analysis. Prior to this role, Mukhlis served as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer at National Cement Company PSC from June 2017 to January 2023, overseeing the maintenance of plant machinery, implementing quality management systems, and coordinating with OEMs to enhance equipment reliability. Mukhlis began professional experience as an Internship Trainee at KHF AUTOMOTIVE in early 2015. An alumnus of Visvesvaraya Technological University, Mukhlis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, complemented by earlier education at Rani Public School and New Indian Model School in Dubai.
