Steve Meckman has a long and varied work experience. Steve began their career in 1998 as a Senior Developer for CFT Consulting/AnswerThink. In 2000, they moved to KnowledgeWorks as a Partner, and then to PricewaterhouseCoopers as an IT Manager. In 2008, they were a Software Engineer for BIPT, and in 2009 they were a Senior Developer for Bealls. In 2012, they were a Senior Developer for Railinc and in 2013 they were a Software Engineer for Teradata. In 2015, they were a Senior Consultant for Avanade and in 2019 they were a Senior Developer for Advance Auto Parts. Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer for Lirio.

Steve Meckman attended Lycee International de St Germain en Laye from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained their high school diploma. Steve then attended New College of Florida from 1991 to 1997, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences.
