Aernout Verhallen is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in startup environments. Currently serving as Co-founder and Managing Director at Liquisto since January 2021, Aernout previously held the position of Entrepreneur In Residence at Beam from May 2020 to December 2020. Notably, Aernout founded and managed Prolendo from July 2018 to May 2020 and co-founded WeLendy, where Aernout also served as Managing Director from May 2017 to January 2018. Additional experience includes a role as Country Manager UK at Lead Ratings S.L. and participation as a Cohort Member at Entrepreneur First. Aernout holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, and has pursued education at University College Maastricht, International School Maastricht (UWC Maastricht), and Northgate High School.
