Michael Musgrave is the Director of Customer Operations at LiquidSpace. Michael has over 10 years experience in customer support and operations management.
Musgrave started their career as a customer service manager at Hostrocket/ViaTalk in 2006. Michael then became the director of technical support at Fonality Inc in 2008. In 2012, they transitioned to Magento, an eBay company, as the manager of enterprise technical support.
In 2014, Musgrave took a break from the corporate world to travel and enjoy newlywed life. Michael returned to the workforce in 2015 as the director of customer support and customer operations at Pressed.net. After Envato acquired Pressed.net in 2017, Musgrave's focus shifted to transition and operational efficiency of the managed WordPress customer support team.
Musgrave joined LiquidSpace in 2018 as the Director of Customer Operations. In this role, they oversee all aspects of customer support and operations for the company.
Michael Musgrave attended Clinton Community College in Plattsburgh, NY, where they studied business administration.
They work with Meghan Duncan - Senior Manager of Supply Ops, Veronica Mulhall - Director of Global Supply, and Shannon Nagel - Director of Enterprise Operation. Michael Musgrave reports to Jim Keating, COO.
