Edna Ojano, CPTM, serves as the Skills Enhancement and Professional Development Manager at MNX Global Logistics since March 2016 and has held the position of Customer Service and Supply Chain Manager at Liqui-Box since June 2003. At Liqui-Box, Edna manages a team of international customer service professionals, enhances the order fulfillment process, implements export compliance initiatives, conducts export/import training, establishes record retention systems, and collaborates with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams. Edna holds a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Santo Tomas – Legazpi and a Bachelor's in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of the Philippines.
