Mateen Mukadam is currently serving as the Gulf Region IT Lead at LIPTON Teas and Infusions since March 2023, where responsibilities include leading infrastructure transition projects in the UAE. Prior to this, Mateen held the position of Information Technology Executive Gulf at Unilever from April 2022 to February 2023, and was an IT Team Lead at Alpha Data from February 2016 to April 2022, where planning and execution of day-to-day tasks for the team were key responsibilities. Early career experience includes roles as an Information Technology Support Engineer at AMS International and an Onsite Support Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, both requiring expertise in ITIL Service Management, along with a foundation in customer support at IT SOURCE INDIA TECH PVT LTD. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Gokhale College and various certifications, including Microsoft Certified System Engineer and Cisco Certified Network Associate.
