Roger Peachey has extensive experience in management and technical roles within the manufacturing and welding industries. Currently serving as Audit Team Leader at Lippert Components, Inc. since July 2013, Roger develops audits to enhance training and critique product installation, thereby reducing customer warranty and service issues. As the owner of Red Barn Welding LLC since April 2014, Roger specializes in portable welding services for aluminum and steel. Previous roles include Plant Manager at AL-KO USA, where Roger managed production, P&L, staffing, and production flow from November 2009 to July 2013, and contributions to engineering and production at Bennington Marine from January 2007 to November 2009, focusing on new product development in the pontoon marine industry. Roger also held the position of Plant Manager at Godfrey Marine for nearly two decades, overseeing the aluminum fabrication division.
