Chris Montoya is an experienced leader in manufacturing and production management, currently serving as Plant Manager and previously as Manufacturing Manager at Lippert since May 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Production Manager at Dexter Axle Company from November 2017 to May 2021, overseeing a team of over 50 employees and acting as the second-in-command to the Plant Manager. Chris also worked at Henderson Wheel & Warehouse Supply from August 1998 to November 2017, where responsibilities included managing 30+ employees across various manufacturing operations and leading corporate IT support across multiple locations. Education was completed at Granger High School from 1995 to 1998.
