Valeria Hernandez is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager for the National Valued Added Division at Lipman Family Farms since September 2014. In this role, Valeria oversees Human Resources, Employee Relations, and Recruitment across six states for Lipman Produce Family Companies. Previously, Valeria held roles at Primerica as an Independent Representative, and at Mi Pueblo Food Center as the Employee Relations and Training and People Development Manager, bringing seven years of extensive HR management experience in retail. Prior experience includes working at Univision Communications Inc. as both a News Producer and Community and Public Affairs Production and Department Assistant. Valeria earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio and Television Broadcast Communication with an emphasis on Media Management from San Francisco State University.
