Tom Belcher is an experienced sales management professional with a strong background in the animal health and pet food industries. Currently serving as the Mid Atlantic District Sales Manager at Liphatech, Inc. since October 2017, Tom previously held positions as the NW Regional Manager at Blue Buffalo Co and Western Regional Manager at Vetoquinol USA/Tomlyn, where accomplishments included being recognized as Region of the Year in 2013. Tom's extensive career also includes roles as Regional Sales Manager at Mars/Innovex and NW Regional Manager at Novartis Animal Health. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Long Beach, Tom possesses a comprehensive skill set in managing sales teams, setting sales goals, recruitment, training, and performance analysis.
