Thomas Smith, CFA, is a seasoned fund manager with extensive experience in asset management. Since October 2019, Thomas has served as a Fund Manager at Liontrust Asset Management PLC, overseeing the Liontrust Russia Fund and Liontrust Latin America Fund, while also acting as Assistant Fund Manager for the Liontrust Emerging Markets Fund. Prior to this role, Thomas worked at Neptune Investment Management from July 2009 to October 2019 as a Fund Manager, managing the Neptune Latin America Fund and the Neptune European Opportunities Fund, and holding various deputy and assistant positions on funds focused on Russia, Greater Russia, and emerging markets. Thomas holds a Master of Chemistry (MChem) degree from the University of Oxford, earned between 2005 and 2009.
