Roger Bishop is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and leadership. Currently serving as a Board Member and former President of Lions Clubs International since January 2019, Roger also chairs the Board of Directors for Cape Courier Newspaper. From January 2009 to January 2019, Roger was the President of Bishop Human Resources Consulting and has held various senior management roles at companies such as Fairchild Semiconductor, Intersil, Harris Corporation, and GE. Additionally, Roger has experience as an adjunct faculty member at Kings College and the University of Scranton. An independent candidate for the House of Representatives District 123, Roger focuses on economic development, educational opportunities, and legislative cooperation to address community and state challenges. Roger holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Administration from the University of Scranton and a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising/Marketing from Ferris State University, along with an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Davenport University.
