Nika Mrdalj started working as a Project Manager for Lion8 DOO in August 2020. Nika also held the same role at LionEight from August 2020 onwards.

Nika Mrdalj completed their education in a chronological order as follows. From 2018 to 2020, they attended Masaryk University Brno and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2018, Nika studied at the Faculty of Business and Economics, Mendel University in Brno, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics. Their earliest education experience was at Prva Kragujevačka Gimnazija from 2010 to 2014, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned. Additionally, Nika holds the certification of Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®), which they obtained from the Scrum Alliance in April 2022.
