Previously, Kathy held key positions such as Human Resources Manager at ITW Peerless Food Equipment and Organizational Development & Leadership Project Manager at ITW Food Equipment Group. Kathy's expertise includes designing marketing roles and implementing strategic HR initiatives across multiple divisions within Illinois Tool Works, a Fortune 150 company.
