Erin O'Malley possesses extensive experience in administrative support and communication across diverse sectors, including education, healthcare, finance, and non-profit organizations. Currently serving as an Executive Administrator/Communications and Project Assistant at LION since April 2022, Erin previously excelled as Executive Assistant to the Head of School & Board of Trustees at The Miami Valley School, where strategic and logistical management was a key responsibility. Notable prior roles include providing high-level support to executives at CareSource Management Group, Capital One Financial Services, and Corporate Executive Board. Additionally, Erin has academic experience as an Adjunct Instructor and Graduate Teaching Assistant, teaching acting and theater courses. Educational qualifications include a BA in Communication & Theatre from the University of Notre Dame and an MA in Text & Performance Studies from King's College London.
