Jason Henderlong started their work experience in 2001 as a Process Development Engineer at Federal Mogul. Jason worked in this role until 2005. Jason then joined Federal Mogul again in 2007, this time as a Manufacturing Engineer, and stayed in this position until 2009. Jason then worked at Manufacturing Solutions of MN, Inc. from 2009 to 2011 as a System/Integration Manager. Finally, they joined LinTech Global, Inc. in 2011 as a Business Development professional.

Jason Henderlong earned a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Kettering University, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. Recently, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2020.
