Sophia Fries, MSc, currently serves as a Project Coordinator at RWE and a Senior Consultant at Seed Consulting Group, where pro bono work focuses on environmental sustainability strategy for non-profits. Previous experience includes a role as Global Partnerships Associate at ClimateAi, a company dedicated to enhancing supply chain resilience to climate change using artificial intelligence. At Meta, Sophia held the position of Program Manager, coordinating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to implement employee experience programs. Early career roles include Project Coordinator at Lyric and San Francisco Otolaryngology, and Emergency Medical Technician at ProTransport-1.
