Semyon Valyavskiy is a Trainee Solicitor at Linklaters, having joined the firm in July 2021, with experience across various seats including Equity and Debt Markets, Private Equity, and currently in Corporate and Structured Lending. Prior internships and roles include positions as a Trainee-lawyer and Legal Intern at KK&P, a Trainee at Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, as well as various roles at VEGAS LEX, TA Legal Consulting, FBK Legal, Memorial Human Rights Center, and the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Semyon Valyavskiy holds a Master's degree in Private International Law from Higher School of Economics and has a Bachelor's degree in Jurisprudence from the same institution, along with experience as an exchange student at Saginaw Valley State University.
