Celeste Jackson is a Senior Associate at Linklaters since June 2019, with extensive experience in representing corporate clients in global transactional deals related to mergers and acquisitions, exit financing, and complex transactions. Prior to this role, Celeste held positions as a Legal Consultant at JPMorgan Chase & Co., and as an Associate at White & Case LLP, where responsibilities included drafting and reviewing key transaction documents. Celeste has also gained international experience as a Visiting Associate at Pinheiro Neto Advogados and held various internships, including at Microsoft, UNHCR, and HIAS. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree from Duke University in Political Science and African and African American Studies. Additional studies were completed at FGV, LSE, and Harvard University Summer School.
