Sylwia Ugolik has a diverse work experience. Sylwia started their career in 2016 as a Customer Advisor at H&M and then transitioned to the role of Visual Merchandiser from July 2019 to July 2021. In 2021, they moved to Rive and worked as a Junior Recruitment Specialist until February 2023. Currently, Sylwia is working at Link Group as a Junior IT Recruitment Consultant, starting from March 2023.

Sylwia Ugolik obtained a Licencjat degree in Pedagogika from APS Maria Grzegorzewska University (Akademia Pedagogiki Specjalnej im. Marii Grzegorzewskiej) between 2016 and 2019. Following this, they pursued further studies at the same institution and completed a Magister degree in Pedagogika from 2019 to 2021.
