Rashmi Jain is a highly experienced engineering leader with a strong background in software development and team management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering for Search and GenAI experiences at LinkedIn since April 2015, Rashmi leads a flagship search engineering team focused on transforming search into a discovery platform for members. Previous roles at LinkedIn include Senior Software Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager, responsible for enhancing the search experience and developer productivity. Rashmi's career includes significant contributions at Infostretch and Thomson Reuters, overseeing large teams to deliver high-quality applications and platforms. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science and a Bachelor of Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Raipur.
