Marco Giuseppe Stanchi is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in observability and performance monitoring at LinkedIn since November 2021. In addition to their technical role, Marco is the Head Coach for the Northwest Water Polo Club Men's 18u Team. Prior experience includes serving as a Full Stack Developer at WESII S.r.l., where achievements involved optimizing workflows and enhancing UI/UX for thermal imaging applications. Marco's earlier roles included software engineering positions at iTradeNetwork, Inc. and Smart Shaped Software, alongside research and internship positions that contributed to knowledge in synthetic biology and hate crime advocacy. Marco holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Stanford University.
