Jingwei Wu is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering across various prominent companies. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Software Engineering at LinkedIn since January 2019, Jingwei leads a global engineering team focused on enhancing job seekers' experiences and driving technological innovations in job-related services. Prior roles include Senior Director of Engineering at Tinder, Inc., where Jingwei oversaw engineering teams in data infrastructure and product features, and positions at Twitter and Oracle, developing large-scale systems and advanced database techniques. Jingwei's career also includes co-founding Taihao Data Technologies and conducting critical research during tenures at IBM and various universities, culminating in a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
