Ellen A. has extensive experience in the community services sector, currently serving as Team Leader in both Tenancy and Tenancy Operations Support and Project Manager for the Financial Resilience and Resolving Debt Project at Link Wentworth since April 2019. Previous roles include Senior Specialist for the Start Safely program, where responsibilities included conducting client eligibility interviews and supporting households escaping domestic violence, and Housing Manager, focusing on tenancy sustainability and community engagement. Prior to Link Wentworth, Ellen A. worked as a Youth Work Mentor at Asuria Australia and as an OOHC Youth Case Worker at Barnardos Australia.
