Joshua Chan has a diverse work experience, starting as a Loan Administrative Assistant at Cathay Bank in 2016. Joshua then worked as a Career Ambassador at NYU Wasserman Center for Career Development from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they interned as a Risk Management Intern (Market and Liquidity) at Israel Discount Bank.

In 2018, Joshua joined J.P. Morgan as an Investment Banking Credit Summer Analyst in the Real Estate Group for a few months. Joshua returned to J.P. Morgan in 2019 as an Investment Banking Credit Analyst and worked there until 2020.

From 2020 onwards, Joshua worked at Link Logistics Real Estate as a Capital Markets and Research Analyst. In this role, they prepared reports and presentations for Blackstone and senior management, completed ad hoc analyses and requests, improved reporting quality and efficiency, and presented results to senior management, among other responsibilities.

Joshua Chan completed their Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General from NYU Stern School of Business from 2015 to 2019. Before that, they attended Stuyvesant High School from 2011 to 2015, where they completed their High School education.
