Vanessa Dyer, CPM®, has a diverse work experience in property management. In 2011, they worked as a Tenant Administrator at Woodbranch Management, Inc. for three years. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Leasing Associate at Evtex Companies. In 2015, they joined Stream Realty Partners as a Property Administrator for two years before becoming an Assistant Property Manager from 2017 to 2018. Vanessa then became an Assistant Property Manager at Stream Realty Partners from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they are working at Link Logistics Real Estate, where they started as a Property Manager in 2021 and subsequently promoted to Senior Operations Manager - National Property Management in May 2022.

Vanessa Dyer, CPM®, pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General from Ellis College of NYIT. Vanessa attended the college from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2006, they studied English Language and Literature, General at Southwestern University. In May 2018, Vanessa obtained the Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
