Pete Warsinske is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the healthcare, life sciences, and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Flinn Ferguson Cresa since February 2023, Pete is also an angel investor with active roles in Stealth Biotech, Stealth, and Link Immunotherapeutics since 2020. As Principal at Helix Ventures, Pete focuses on investing in biotechnology, medical devices, automation, and clean tech. Previously, from June 2017 to February 2023, Pete led the occupier advisory business within CBRE's Global Healthcare & Life Science Practice and served in various capacities, including partner and researcher. Earlier roles include marketing and analysis at K2 Sports, where market data was compiled for sales strategies, and event staff responsibilities at Mountain Play Association. Pete holds a Bachelorā€™s Degree in Finance from the University of Washington and completed a program in Drug & Medical Device Development at MIT xPRO in 2023.
