Carmen Parra Martin is an experienced professional in the fields of employee experience, workspace coordination, and event management. Currently serving as the Employee Experience & Workspace Coordinator at Lingokids since March 2022, Carmen previously held the role of Center Manager at Monday Working Spaces by Urbania from June 2019 to February 2022. Prior experience includes positions as Directora de eventos at MANA EXPERIENCE SL and Manager Supervisor in the F&B Department at K+K Hotels, along with roles as a receptionist at Hotel Casa del Sol and a tourist information officer at Oficina Municipal Parque Natural Cabo de Gata-Nijar. Carmen holds a Master's degree in Travel Journalism from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, along with a Diploma in Tourism from Universidad de Almería and completed an Erasmus program at The University of Freiburg.
