Viktor Strokan has work experience in the field of software engineering. Viktor worked at Lineate from 2017 to the present, starting as a Java Software Engineer and later progressing to Senior Java Software Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for developing the backend of an application for searching doctors, using technologies such as Java 8, Spring, Apache Solr, Gradle, and Jenkins. Viktor then transitioned to the role of Lead Software Engineer, where they led a project to create an admin panel for content managers to display data from YouTube. This application included features such as filtering by music label, batch operations, and additional metrics and statistics. Most recently, Viktor has taken on the position of Software Architect at Lineate. Prior to working at Lineate, they had experience at Luxoft as a Java Software Engineer, where they worked on an application for a logistic company using Spring framework, Apache Wicket, Oracle DB, Weblogic, and Maven. Viktor also started their career as an intern and then progressed to the role of Junior Java Developer at Luxoft, where they worked on code development, bug fixing, code review, unit testing, and documentation development for various applications.
Viktor Strokan obtained their Specialist's degree in Mobile means of communication from Omsk State Technical University (OSTU) from 2010 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications in AWS Fundamentals: Going Cloud-Native from Coursera in March 2019 and M101J: MongoDB for Java Developers from MongoDB University in December 2015.
