Lorien Lucas, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Human Resources Director at Burris Logistics since August 2021. Previously, Lorien held various HR leadership roles at UNFI from December 2012 to September 2021, including HR Director for the Central Region and Human Resources Manager, contributing to the distribution of natural and organic products. Prior experience includes positions as a Human Resources Generalist at Great Clips, Inc., and Human Resources Assistant at Northfield Automation Systems, Inc., where recruitment and employee benefits were key responsibilities. Early career experience includes serving as a 401(K) Administrator at Bemis Company, Inc., and an Independent Sales Consultant at At Home America. Lorien holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology/Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
