Dominique Marot is a seasoned entrepreneur and business consultant with extensive experience in various sectors, including specialty coffee and manufacturing. Currently, Dominique serves as the Managing Partner at Lineage Coffee in Nottingham Road since October 2018, and as a Business Owner at SupaSlab Midlands since April 2017. Prior roles include Operations Manager at Midmar Group, where Dominique successfully improved production output by 30%, and Managing Director at Techno Brick, where a turnaround of the struggling supplier was achieved in just over three years. Dominique's career began in 2001 with the founding of Van D Foods, demonstrating a strong foundation in business management and operations, supported by a Diploma in Business Marketing & Management from IIE Varsity College.
