Steffen Haydt has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Steffen started their career as a Senior Consultant at KPMG Consulting/Bearingpoint in 2001 and worked there until 2006. From 2006 to 2009, they served as the Director of Internal Audit at Unternehmensgruppe Theo M端ller. Steffen then moved on to become the Finance Director at M端ller Dairy Polska from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Theo M端ller Group s.e.c.s. as their Finance Director and stayed in that role until 2011. From 2011 to 2016, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at M端ller Quaker Dairy, a joint venture between Theo M端ller Group and PepsiCo. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at Lindt & Spr端ngli (USA), Inc. starting from May 2016.

Steffen Haydt attended Hochschule f端r Wirtschaft und Politik in Hamburg from 1997 to 2001.
