Justin Reese is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the chocolate and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as President & CEO of Ghirardelli Chocolate Company since August 2024, Justin previously held the same title at Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc from September 2022 to August 2024. Justin's career at Ghirardelli began in June 2014, progressing through various roles including Vice President of Retail & eCommerce and Sales Director. Prior experience includes positions at Unilever, where Justin worked as a Business Development Manager and Customer Business Manager, among other roles. Justin holds a B.S. in Logistics from Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and an MBA from the University of Arkansas.
