John Walter is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Director of IT at Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc. since January 2019. Prior to this role, John operated as an Independent IT Consultant, providing services to various Canadian companies from October 2008 to January 2019. John held the position of VP Internet Services at Netserve Support Inc. from December 2000 to October 2008, where responsibilities included overseeing technology services for small to medium-sized businesses. Earlier in John’s career, roles included Information Technology Consultant at Buchanan Technologies, Help Desk Technician at Merrill Lynch Canada, and Product Support for Microsoft Canada. John holds a degree in Computer Information Systems from Humber College, completed between 1992 and 1994, and attended Lorne Park Secondary School from 1987 to 1992.
