Erin Gordon is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the human resources field. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Lindt & Sprungli Canada since July 2007, Erin is responsible for managing HR services for over 200 employees and collaborates with the Senior Leadership team to develop strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives and company culture. Prior to this role, Erin held the position of Manager, HR at Xstrata Nickel, where responsibilities included delivering HR services for corporate and project offices and acting as an HR business partner for a diverse workforce. Erin's career in HR began as HR Manager at Prime Restaurants, and educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Sheridan College and a degree from the University of Guelph.
