Saari Hanna-Leena has a wealth of experience in the retail industry, starting as a Country Merchandiser at H&M before moving to Lindex where Saari held various roles such as Regional Sales Manager, Store Manager, and currently serves as the Sales and Operations Co-ordinator. Saari is responsible for maximizing sales, profitability, and setting KPIs through analysis, follow-up, and managing store operations. Saari Hanna-Leena also has a strong background in merchandising, sales reporting, optimizing stocks, and local marketing. Their educational background includes a degree in Design from Åbo hemsljöds institut, and additional studies in education.
